KOBE EATSはどんなプロジェクトですか？
ひとり暮らしの学生（大学・大学院、短期大学、専門学校等）を対象に、エネルギーや食品等の物価高騰の影響を大きく受ける学生への支援策として、神戸にゆかりのある食品を提供することで、生活を支援するとともに、食品を通じて神戸を知り、定着へと繋げる目的でKOBE EATSプロジェクトを実施いたします。
What kind of project is KOBE EATS?
KOBE EATS Project is a support measure for students (universities, graduate schools, junior colleges, vocational schools, etc.) who live alone and are greatly affected by the rising cost of energy and food, etc. We will support their daily lives by providing food products associated with Kobe, and also aim to help them get to know Kobe through food and establish themselves in the city. We will implement the KOBE EATS Project.
誰が応募できますか？
以下1～3をすべて満たす学生が申請できます。
- 市内在住もしくは市内在学の学生
- ひとり暮らしの学生（学生寮や学生同士のルームシェアは対象。親の居住地は不問）
- 物価高騰の影響を受けている学生
※学生とは、大学（別科及び専攻科を除く）・大学院・短期大学（別科を除く）・高等専門学校（第4・5年生および専攻科に限る）・専修学校専門課程の学生を指します。非正規生（研究生・聴講生・科目等履修生等）は対象外です。
※定職に就きながら学んでいる人（社会人学生、聴講生、科目等履修生等）についても、本事業の趣旨に鑑み対象外となります。
Who can apply?
Students who meet all of the following criteria 1-3 are eligible to apply.
- Students living or attending school in the city
- Students living alone (dormitories and shared rooms among students are eligible. Parental residence is not required)
- Students affected by rising prices
*Refers to specialized courses at universities (excluding special courses and majors), graduate schools, junior colleges (excluding special courses), colleges of technology (limited to 4th and 5th grades and majors), and special training colleges.
*This program does not apply to those who are studying while holding regular jobs (working students, auditing students, non-degree students, etc.), in consideration of the purpose of this program.

神戸市在住の高校生も応募できますか？
高校生は対象ではないため、応募いただけません。
Can high school students living in Kobe City apply?
High school students are not eligible and cannot apply.
卒業生ですが、応募できますか？
大学等に在学・在籍中の学生のみを対象としているため、応募いただけません。
I am a graduate, can I still apply?
Only students enrolled or currently enrolled in a university or other institution are eligible to apply.
いつからいつまで応募できますか？
2024年10月8日（火）午前10時より応募が可能となります。各食品セットの数が0になりましたら、その食品セットは応募できません。すべてのセットが0になり次第、受付を終了いたします。
When can I apply?
Entries will be accepted beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Once the number of each food set reaches zero, that food set will not be accepted. Applications will be closed when all sets reach zero.

応募からどれぐらいで届きますか？
約2〜3週間でのお届けを予定しておりますが、配送や食品調達状況により遅れる場合があります。初期のお届けは2024年11月初旬になる予定です。
How long does it take to receive my application?
Delivery is expected in approximately 2-3 weeks, but may be delayed depending on delivery and food procurement conditions. Initial delivery is expected in early November 2024.
配送業者はどこですか？
郵便局よりゆうパックで配送致します。ただし配送日時の指定はできません。
Who is your shipping carrier?
We will deliver by Yuh-Pack from the post office. However, the delivery date and time cannot be specified.
応募回数は？
応募はひとり1回限りです。
How often do you apply?
Only one application per person.
食品の返品、交換はできますか？
食品の返品、交換は原則できません。アレルギー情報などを確認の上、申し込みをしてください。
Can I return or exchange food products?
As a rule, food products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check allergy information before applying.
食品セットに問題があった場合、どこに問い合わせたらいいですか？

悪質な行為等を確認した場合
- 悪質な行為や不正な手段を確認した場合は、BEKOBE学生ナビ利用規約第12条に基づき、会員登録の抹消を行います。
- また、学校へ学生情報を通知するとともに、食品の提供を中止します。既に食品の提供を受けている場合には、食品相当額をお支払いいただきます。
When malicious acts, etc. are confirmed
- In the event that malicious acts or illegal means are confirmed, the membership registration will be terminated in accordance with Article 12 of the BEKOBE Student Navigator Terms of Service.
- We will also notify the school of the student's information and discontinue the provision of food. If food has already been provided, the student will be required to pay the amount equivalent to the food.
